Description:
This study addresses the role of a technology-driven, Advice and Appointment Call Center (AACC), handling more than 14 million calls each year as part of an integrated Health Management Organization, Kaiser Permanente serving 3.4 million members. We evaluated the calling patterns, symptom presentation and associated diagnoses of patients with Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) at the AACC and the integrated health care delivery system.
