Description:
This workshop will focus on the co-occurrence of domestic violence, mental health issues and substance abuse. Survivor-centered models and trauma-informed strategies for addressing these concerns will be presented, including promotion of local integration of services, cross-training, and statewide support through the state domestic violence coalition. Participants will also have time to share their own models and engage in discussion on challenges and successes.
