Description:
Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women’s Network has developed a Training Curriculum Toolkit in a train-the-trainer format that is designed to educate faith leaders and advocates on prevention and intervention strategies surrounding domestic violence. The components of the toolkit include: Survivors Speak-out DVD, CD-ROM (PowerPoint), Facilitator Guide and a Resource Manual. This session will present the DVD from the Toolkit and discuss how this Toolkit can benefit faith communities and the impact this toolkit has had on various faith leaders and advocates.
