Description:
This presentation will review the first years’ progress of two new domestic violence programs being developed in the Boston area. Development, implementation, and evaluation processes will be shared, and main components of the programs will be reviewed including education and training; clinical practice; employer/initiatives; and direct services. Promising practices and strategies will be shared, highlighting successes and challenges thus far, comparing and contrasting the complex political, contextual and practical factors that impact both.
