This session will explore the current status of the mental health delivery system post Katrina in New Orleans and the impacts of this disaster on trauma related issues with domestic violence victims and the challenges to adequately address these issues. A post Katrina analysis of the capacities of the mental health delivery systems will be analyzed and discussed.
