Ms. Namur Karp’s presentation will highlight the intersection of HIV and violence against women, the need for HIV screening and intervention among women experiencing or at-risk for violence, and presentation of the Women’s Interactive Screening to Establish Risk in a Domestic Violence Setting (WISER-DV): a computerized, gender-specific, HIV screening instrument and risk reduction intervention for women at risk for or experiencing violence.
