The current Public health system does not have any forum for Health Care Providers (HCP) to receive training/ capacity building. In such a context, provision of training to respond to the issue of Domestic Violence does not even come on their agenda. This presentation highlights the way in which CEHAT attempted to institutionalise capacity building within the current functioning of the public health system.
