Presentation Format:
Innovative/Promising Practice Program Report

Description:
This presentation discusses the development and implementation of a theoretically-, empirically- and community-based intimate partner violence (IPV) prevention program for an Indian immigrant community in the Midwest. In addition to results of program evaluation, we discuss strategies we used to integrate theories, empirical data, and community participation in creating a socio-culturally effective universal prevention program aimed at affecting changes across the individual, relationship/family, organization, and community levels.
