This symposium will describe the latest research on violence among sexual minorities, including hate crimes based on sexual orientation and gender identity, intimate partner violence among same-sex couples, and LGBT youth suicide. Effective assessment, prevention, and treatment strategies will be discussed, and recommendations made for future research.
