Description:
There are very limited opportunities for students interested in the field of domestic violence to gain hands-on training and experience. Community organizations and non-profit organizations are in a good position to train and mentor such students. My individual experience working with various organizations in five countries as a Watson Fellow will be shared, as well as my current experience as an intern with the Family Violence Prevention Fund.
