Innovative/Promising Practice Program Report

Description:
We will review some of the barriers to screening for intimate partner violence in the health care setting and share the tools within the Electronic Health Record that we have found useful to improve screening rates, staff comfort with screening and documentation of screening. We will review the use of tools available in the Electronic Health Record to improve documentation of services and education offered to those who screen positive as well as documentation for victims of acute assaults.
